Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Hampas (“Hampas”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional policies referenced within the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Eligibility and accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the platform.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity associated with your account.

You may register using email/password authentication or third-party sign-in providers such as Google or Apple.

You must be legally permitted to use online services and enter binding agreements under applicable laws.

Community conduct

Users must interact respectfully and may not harass, threaten, impersonate, abuse, or harm other users.

Content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or intended to disrupt the platform is prohibited.

Spam, malicious activity, unauthorized advertising, or attempts to exploit the service are not allowed.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards or platform policies.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Hampas, including profile information, biographies, images, club information, match records, and other user-generated content.

By submitting content, you grant Hampas a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate laws or the rights of others.

Match integrity and fair play

Users may not manipulate rankings, submit fraudulent match results, create fake activity, exploit bugs, abuse matchmaking systems, or otherwise interfere with the fairness and integrity of the platform.

Hampas reserves the right to review, remove, modify, invalidate, or restrict match records, rankings, achievements, statistics, or accounts involved in suspected abuse, cheating, fraud, or policy violations.

Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features of Hampas may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans may be offered on a monthly or yearly basis.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Payments, renewals, billing, and refunds are processed by third-party providers including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or related payment platforms, and may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We may modify subscription features, pricing, or availability at any time where permitted by applicable laws.

Intellectual property

The Hampas platform, branding, logos, designs, software, interface elements, and related content are owned by Hampas or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit protected parts of the service without prior written permission.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or investigate accounts at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the platform, harmed other users, or created legal, operational, or security risks.

We may also remove fraudulent activity, rankings, achievements, or match records associated with policy violations or unfair behavior.

Service availability and changes

Hampas may evolve over time, and features, rankings, subscriptions, integrations, or availability may change without prior notice.

Some features may be experimental, incomplete, or released as beta functionality.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service at all times.

Disclaimers

Hampas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that rankings, match data, statistics, achievements, or platform information will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hampas and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

This includes loss of rankings, match history, data, account access, reputation, profits, subscriptions, or interruptions related to the platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.
